Postgraduate and doctoral studies is a structural unit at the university, subordinate to the rector and vice-rector for scientific work.

The department organizes and coordinates postgraduate and doctoral studies at the University.

In its work, the department is guided by the regulatory and administrative documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, as well as internal university regulatory documents.

Main areas of activity:

ADMISSIONS

Organization of Doctors of Philosophy and Doctors of Science programs, effective work of postgraduate and doctoral studies of the University
Development of plans for recruitment to postgraduate and doctoral studies
Organization of the admission campaign to postgraduate and doctoral studies
Organization of the educational process at the University at the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education in accordance with current legislation
Coordination of the development, approval and implementation of educational programs, curricula, class schedules for applicants for higher education at the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education
Organization of concluding agreements on studying at the University with applicants, agreements on the provision of educational services for the preparation of applicants at the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education with customers (individuals or legal entities)
Ensuring enrollment, transfer, renewal, granting of academic leaves etc. of students at the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education
Creation of safe environment for the implementation of the educational process at the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education in accordance with the current legislation on labor protection, sanitary hygiene, life safety
Ensuring interaction of the administration with scientific societies of students, postgraduates, doctoral students and young scientists of the University and its structural units
Submission of candidacies for awards, personal scholarships
Publication of information on the formation of specialized academic councils

FOR SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL STAFF

Ensuring planning and passing of licensing / accreditation at the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education
Ensuring the preparation of proposals for changes in the structure of scientific divisions of the University, opening training in new specialties and / or specializations at the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education at the University
Control of staffing for teaching academic disciplines at the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education
Formation of the volume of educational work of departments at the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education
Coordination of accreditation of educational and scientific programs at the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education
Control over the conduct of classes, credit and examination sessions, certification of higher education applicants at the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education
