The Accounting Service operates as an independent structural unit of the University, which is subordinated, accountable and controlled directly by the Rector of the University.

In its activities, the Accounting Service is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine “On Education”, “On Higher Education”, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other regulatory legal acts of Ukraine that regulate budgetary relations and financial and economic activities of a budgetary institution, as well as the Statute, internal regulations, Collective Agreement, the Rector’s orders (instructions) and other local regulatory acts of the University.
