Oversees:

advertising and information activities in terms of presenting the University in the mass media and at international and all-Ukrainian exhibitions; establishing relations with regional and all-Ukrainian mass media and the public; ensuring information openness of the University; covering events and publishing official documents on the university website; social protection of students from privileged categories; providing methodological and practical assistance to structural units of the university and students in organizing and holding cultural, sports, entertainment events as well as accommodation in student dormitories.
