The cooperation of two leading Ukrainian higher education institutions – Drohobych Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University and Stepan Gzhytskyi National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnologies of Lviv – is becoming multi-vector in nature, covering strategic areas of educational, scientific and practical activities. International scientific communication and participation in European conferences remains a priority area of activity for both universities contributing to their integration into the global educational and scientific space.

The presented report showed a high academic level, depth of analysis of the problem under study, whereas professional discussions with international colleagues convincingly demonstrated the relevance of the chosen topic, its practical significance and applied value. Within the framework of the conference program, the speakers joined scientific discussions on modern approaches to coordination of care in the healthcare system.

The conference participants paid particular attention to the issues of interdisciplinary and interprofessional interaction, the key role of universities in training highly qualified physical therapists and occupational therapists in accordance with international standards, and the implementation of educational and clinical practices in the curriculum.
