I extend my sincere congratulations to you on the Day of Defenders of Ukraine— a holiday that embodies the glorious traditions of centuries of Ukrainian history: the courage and valor of the Cossacks, the self-sacrifice of the Sich Riflemen, the heroism of the Ukrainian Insurgents, and the military prowess and indomitable spirit of the current defenders and liberators of our native Ukraine!
Today, we express our boundless gratitude to all those who stand with arms in hand to defend our freedom, sovereignty, and independence. We offer a deep bow of respect to our warriors, among whom are alumni, students, and faculty members of Drohobych university. Your resilience serves as an example to us all.
I wish everyone robust health, inexhaustible strength and spirit, and the steadfast support of loved ones. We believe in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and are bringing Victory closer together!
