In September, the faculty and students at Drohobych Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University raised UAH 64,790 through the “Franko-Drone” charitable project. Through this initiative, the university community is joining forces to support the Ukrainian military.
The funds were handed over to Volodymyr Baranyak, coordinator of the “Vulyk” civic volunteer initiative, who has repeatedly expressed his gratitude to the Drohobych University community for their consistent and effective support.
In total, since the start of these volunteer fundraising efforts, the university has raised and transferred over 1,460,620 hryvnias to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
