On April 28-30, the sixth transnational meeting of the CRED4TEACH project, aimed at the development and implementation of micro-qualifications for the professional development of teachers, took place in the city of Podgorica. The event was held at the University of Montenegro. Drohobych Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University was represented by Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work Ihor Hrynyk and Head of the International Relations Department Khrystina Voytovych.
The meeting focused on summarizing the results of the project, analyzing the achieved indicators and identifying further steps towards its completion. During the first day, the participants discussed the implementation of the project’s main objectives, the status of preparation of key results, including sustainability plans, the results of external evaluation, as well as the issues of organizing the final conference and supporting the project’s web resources.
The second day focused on strategic aspects of project completion and partnership development. Participants worked on preparing materials for the conference proceedings, discussed the impact of the project at various levels — from individual to international, considered prospects for further cooperation, and agreed on approaches to preparing the final report. Particular attention was paid to the internal assessment of the quality of project implementation and the formulation of recommendations for future initiatives.
On April 29, an international conference “Shaping the Future of Teachers’ Professional Development: Micro-credentials for Digital Education” was held as part of the events. Participants presented the results of pilot courses, shared their experiences implementing micro-credentials, and discussed their impact on teachers’ professional development.
Participation in the meeting provided an opportunity for representatives of Drohobych University to summarize their own work within the CRED4TEACH project, exchange experience with partners, and sign Memorandums of Understanding that will facilitate further cooperation.
