A new vector of international cooperation: a visit of a Korean delegation to Drohobych University

On June 29, Drohobych Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University had the honor of hosting a distinguished delegation from the Republic of Korea, which included representatives of the diplomatic corps, heads of international companies and leading scientists. The delegation was headed by Lee Young-Gu, former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Ukraine, and today – the head of the Korean-Ukrainian Association of New Construction KUNBA.

“This visit was an important step in the development of international partnership, exchange of experience and opening up new opportunities for our students and teachers,” said the rector of the university, Valentyna Bodak.

During the official meeting with the university leadership, key areas of future cooperation were discussed including joint educational and scientific projects, academic mobility programs, the introduction of advanced technologies and innovative approaches to the educational process. The guests also had the opportunity to get acquainted with the university, its activities, the main areas of specialist training, and discuss opportunities for future collaboration with representatives of university structural divisions.

The leadership of Drohobych University expresses gratitude to the Korean partners for the productive dialogue and inspiring meeting, noting that many fruitful and significant joint achievements lie ahead.
