December 8-9, 2022 the VII INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE “THEORY AND PRACTICE OF ART EDUCATION IN CURRENT CIVILIZATION CHALLENGES”.
was held at the Department of Vocal, Choral, Choreographic and Visual Arts, the Faculty of Primary Education and Art at Drohobych Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University (Head of the Department – Doctor of Arts, Prof. Iryna Bermes).

The conference brought together artists, scientists, pedagogues, art critics, composers, professors and teachers of general secondary and extra-curricular education institutions, post-graduate students, students, as well as anyone who is not indifferent to artistic and pedagogical issues in the modern process of the struggle of the Ukrainian state for its independence and a dignified existence.
Co-organizers of the conference are Ternopil National Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Hnatyuk, Institute of Music of the Collegium of Humanities of Rzeszów University (Poland), Jan Kohanowski University in Kielce (Poland).
More than 150 participants from Ukraine and abroad – Poland, Slovakia, Germany, USA, England, Israel, as well as Kharkiv, Kyiv, Ternopil, Poltava, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Nizhyn, and others – were involved in the conference.

For two days, discussions, presentations, discussions, a master class of Assoc. T. Medvid, as well as creative meetings with representatives of famous artistic families – O. Kolodub, M. Nemyrovska, L. Yasko, M. Dremlyuga.
It is worth noting the active learning at the conference and the appropriate level of training of the students of the DDPU named after I.Frank and TNPU named after V. Hnatyuk – M. Kuznetsova, M. Gavrylyak, R. Vaks, S. Puchkovska, E. Atamanchuk, E. Maikhrovych, R. Perzhila (scientific supervisors: associate professors Z. Hnativ, U. Molchko, Ya. Toporivska, L. Oronovska, A. Oronovskyi).
