Signing of a tripartite cooperation agreement with Polish partners

On July 3, 2023 a meeting and signing of a tripartite agreement on cooperation between Drogobych Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University (Ukraine), Specialized schools of I-II degrees in Khmelnyk (Poland) and  Chmielnik Zdroj S.A. took place in the city of Chmielnik (Poland) . Drohobych University was represented by the rector, Professor Valentyna Bodak, acting Head of the Department of International Relations Associate Professor Natalia Hoyvanovych and Associate Professor Svitlana Voloshanska and Dorota Lenyard (head of the  Chmielnik Zdroj government), director Tomas Janik, Dr. Agata Tekela, Jan Gonsior, Kazimierz Yavorsky (senator, head of the Struga Valley NGO), Jacek Kotula (coordinator of the Pro Foundation – Right to Life, director of the Health Center) from the Polish side.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects and plans for further cooperation in the field of science, academic mobility of teaching staff and development of scientific and cultural-educational projects. In particular, they discussed the possibilities of joint projects under the Interreg NEXT Polska-Ukraina 2021-2027 program. Professor Valentyna Bodak sincerely thanked the Polish partners for their support of Ukraine in the difficult conditions of the war and expressed high hopes for a successful and mutually beneficial partnership after our Victory.
