- Congratulations to a KVN team
- On May 26-30, the 4th Bruno Schulz International Festival took place in Drohobych. The Polonistic Scientific and Informational Centre is one of the Festival organizers. The Festival was funded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of Poland and the Festival partners. Representatives of the University, Polish government and Ukrainian municipal institutes spoke at the Festival.
- On May 22, 2014 professor Mykola Ilnytskyi was given the title of honoris causa doctor of the University.
