On December 14, 2016 thirty-five former soldiers completed their training at the Center for retraining and further education. The retraining course in the speciality “Personnel Management” lasted from 5 September to 11 November, it was free and financed from the NATO civil budget. The main purpose of the “Ukraine – NATO” educational project is psychological rehabilitation, social adaptation and employment of ex-servicemen. The training was based on the agreement concluded in June 2014 with the NGO “Western Regional Center for Retraining and Resettlement”, which is an authorized representative of the International Foundation for Social Adaptation in Lviv Region.
