On May 10 -15, 2016 the European Championship in kettlebell lifting was held in Gdynia, Poland. Ukraine was adequately represented by 1st year students of the Faculty of Physical Education Andrew Lagos, a member of the national team. He won:
– First place in the long cycle among juniors;
– Third place in the long cycle among adults;
– Second place in the junior relay.
This victory was made possible by the financial assistance of a large number of concerned people.
We express our sincere gratitude to our rector prof. N. Skotana, vice-rector for scientific and pedagogical activities and strategies of socio-economic development prof. E. Lukyanchenko, the students union (Chairman I. Hivchak), faculty trade union (Chairman O. Kutsyk), Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education Assoc. R.
