Associate Professor Vira Meniok lectures in two universities in Bulgaria

On 30 – 31 May 2017 the associate professor of world literature and Slavic Studies, head of Ihor Meniok Polonian Scientific Information Center with the Ivan Franko Pedagogical University Vira Meniok gave lectures at two universities in Bulgaria.

This project, implemented in cooperation with the Polish Institute in Sofia at whpse invitation the lecturer visited the Faculty of Slavic Studies of St. Clement of Ohrid University in Spfoa and and Philology Department of St. Cyril and Methodius University in Veliko Tarnovo.

In both universities Vira Meniok delivered a lecture on “Opening an unknown Bruno Schulz” and presented the results of the Bruno Schulz International Festival, which has been held every two years since 2004 in Drohobych, initiated and organized by the Polonian Center. The next 8th Bruno Schulz International Festival in Drohobych will be held on 1 – 7 June 2018.
