In 2014 defended dissertation on the topic: “The influence of atomic hydrogen doping on electrical and optical properties of CdTe and Cd1-xZnxTe monocrystals grown by the sublimation method”

In 2017 defended doctoral dissertation on the topic “Electronic, hole and exciton states in heterosystems with quantum dots”. Author of more than 180 scientific and educational works.

  • Fundamentals of solid state physics
  • Theoretical physics (Electrodynamics)


Scientific interests: mathematical models for describing the optical and electrical properties of quantum dots, superlattices of quantum dots of various shapes and dimensions. Development of educational software.

Participation in research projects:

  • “Dependence of operational parameters of amperometric biosensors on the structural and morphological characteristics of new polymer composites as bioselective membranes” (2020 – 2022, state registration number 0120U102224).
