The Faculty of Human Health and Natural Sciences was founded on September 1, 2022 by merging the Educational and Scientific Institute of Physical Culture and Health and the Faculty of Biology and Natural Sciences. There are four departments in the structure of the faculty: biology and chemistry; medical and biological disciplines, geography and ecology; theories and methods of physical education and sports; physical therapy, occupational therapy and health.

The faculty students have repeatedly become champions and prize-winners at various levels: World University Games, Ukrainian and regional championships, also as part of the national team in acrobatics, football, futsal, volleyball, basketball, athletics, table tennis, wushu, kettlebell lifting, etc. Several students are multiple winners and prize-winners of the European and World Championships and Cups in various sports. There is even a school of football referees.
